Malaysia Pro Wrestling (MyPW) is a Professional Wrestling school established in 2014. Owned by Datin Maria, MyPW has has garnered the attention of the whole nation, and several other countries such as Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and Philippines. MyPW’s school is coached by Australian Professional Wrestler, Carlo Cannon who has participated and trained students for tryouts at major Wrestling promotions such as WWE. MyPW is the first and only Pro Wrestling school in Malaysia.
Because of the uniqueness of the sports, The Facebook fan page garnered thousands of likes in a matter of days when it appeared on newspapers and TV news and shows. MyPW is registered as My Pro Wrestling SDB BHD (1188066-K). MyPW.
OBJECTIVE
The Objective of our wrestling school are to: Introduce the sports of Pro wrestling to Malaysia, as well as its benefits. Encourage the students to become disciplined, efficient, competent and cooperative individuals and be able to communicate effectively Develop youths to be superiorly balanced athletes physically and mentally. To guide youths to become mature, respectful contributors to society through the values learned in wrestling
GOAL
Our goal is to introduce professional wrestling as a mainstream entertainment sports in all of Malaysia, as well as produce local, Pro Wrestling talents to wrestle on international platforms.
MISSION
Our mission is to guide young men and women to become mature, respectful contributors to society through the values learned in wrestling. Through exercise of body and mind, wrestling is a complementary vehicle to inspire young men and women to embrace 11 Major Characteristics that will lead them to success and satisfaction in their academics and beyond. With passion and vigour, we promote exercise and competition of the body and mind. Our boys and girls learn to win with humility, lose with dignity, and always do both with grace. We teach our youth to internalize our anti-bullying message. Special coaches promote our vision to enhance and enrich each kids' character through wrestling. We welcome all to share our passion for youth development regardless of race, socio-economic, sport or team affiliation.
